Returns and Exchanges
At Dear Wilbur, we strive to ensure that every customer has a satisfying shopping experience. If, however, you find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer an exchange or store credit option under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact customer service for more information.
Refund Policy:
Refunds to the original payment method are not available under this returns policy. All returns will be processed as exchanges or
store credit.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We
recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that certain items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged
upon receipt.

Dear Wilbur reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above criteria. We aim to process all returns and exchanges in a timely manner, but please allow 14 days for processing once the returned item is received.

Exchange Process:
Exchanges are only to be requested for change in size. If you wish to exchange an item for this reason, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Once your exchange request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you promptly.
Please note that certain items have high demands and limited quantities meaning exchange of such items for different sizes may not be possible.
Store Credit Option:
If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, please indicate this preference when contacting our customer service team. Upon
approval, store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued to your account. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website or in-store, and it does not expire.
